"For those looking for a simple but comprehensive training aid I am now offering my 'Butterfly T'ai Chi and Qigong' DVD/Video through the mail....it is an hour long follow along type training aid with pleasant background music, featuring t'ai chi and qigong warm-ups and breathing exercises; basic t'ai chi exercises; and t'ai chi form instruction.  at the end of the DVD/Video I demonstrate the entire Yang style form that is featured on the tape....note that this a unique, traditional, classic style form and exercises, not one of the common sport wushu routines....which I learned directly from the Headmaster of the White Lotus Association, Lao Shr David J. Everett.  My initial form instruction on this form alone was 1.5 years in length, and ongoing for close to twenty years now!"
